Global infrastructure for women's influence
The World Organization of Women Nations Womafreesm

Women are not broken. The system is.

Too many decisions are still made by default, and in that default women are missing. Womafreesm builds a global infrastructure for women's influence: we turn women's lived experiences into data, evidence, legal pathways and new standards that shape decisions, institutions and laws.

Global infrastructure for women's influence

We change the rules, not women

Womafreesm is a system that turns women's reality into facts, decisions and new rules.

From reality to rules

Womafreesm is a system that turns women's reality into facts, decisions and new rules.

What's treated as personal becomes visible

What is usually dismissed as personal (age, caregiving, overload, health, career breaks and invisibility in law) we turn into evidence.

Data becomes action

Women's experience does not remain a story. We translate facts into evidence, standards, procedures and action pathways.

Contribution does not disappear

Womafreesm builds infrastructure where participation has a clear form, contribution leaves a trace, and change can be verified.

How the system works

We work on the root cause, not the symptom

Our goal is Equal Consideration: the mandatory consideration of the real parameters of human life when a system is designed and a decision is made. For women, it means their reality is built into rules, institutions and laws as a norm.

Step 1. Documentation

Women's experience stops being treated as a private pain and becomes a verifiable fact. The Women's Life-Cycle Economy Index is being built to collect and structure it, to show exactly where Equal Consideration is missing and what the system still fails to account for.

Step 2. Analysis

Facts become an evidence base. From there, we develop methodologies, analysis, findings and materials that institutions, partners and decision-makers can rely on.

Step 3. Designing solutions

Evidence is translated into specific solutions: standards, procedures, legal pathways and changes that can be implemented across institutions, organizations and public policy.

Step 4. Changing the rules

Through partnerships, legal mechanisms, the Womafreesm World Women's Assembly and public advocacy, norms, institutional decisions and laws begin to change. This is how Equal Consideration becomes a working principle of the system rather than an idea.

What Womafreesm builds

Research and international standards

The Women's Life-Cycle Economy Index is being built to show what it costs when a woman's life cycle is left out of the rules. The Equal Consideration Standard turns those findings into a working method institutions can apply.

Protection and institutional change

The Womafreesm Women's Protection Pathway is being built as one safe entry into the system of help. Legal Rapid Response turns systemic errors into petitions and legal documents. The Womafreesm World Women's Assembly turns local cases into coordinated international action.

Civilizational architecture

The Human Dignity Covenant is a new civilizational agreement: people and organizations sign the Declaration of the Co-Authors of the World and carry its principles into their decisions.

Culture and intellectual influence

Beyond Comparison, FreeWoman and Womafreesm Reading Order change the cultural rules through which a woman reads her own age, body, authority and worth.

Beyond Comparison

Beyond Comparison

A cultural project about a woman's right to age with dignity. We take women out of the race for the "ideal appearance" and change the norm: a woman's value does not decline with age, and her face should never be a reason for shame.

Founder & President

A system built on an incomplete picture of a human life produces decisions that fail

Marina Sukhomlinova, founder of Womafreesm

Marina Sukhomlinova

Marina Sukhomlinova is the Founder and President of Womafreesm, architect of a new infrastructure for women's influence. She is the author of the concepts of Equal Consideration and Synarchat and the initiator of the global research program Women's Life-Cycle Economy Index.

A global network being built
in the real world

Womafreesm is being built as an international network. It brings together women from different countries, researchers, lawyers, nonprofits, universities, media, corporate partners and local teams.

One shared task holds it together across countries and agendas: making women's reality a real parameter in rules, institutions and decision-making.

Womafreesm has active working connections in 21 countries as of 1 September 2026. We are building a volunteer network, partnerships, clearly defined roles and transparent rules of participation, so the system rests on architecture, accountability and clear protocols.

This is how women's influence stops being a one-time reaction to a crisis. It becomes a durable system that gathers facts, connects people and drives action even when the headlines and the agenda change.

1. What is Womafreesm?

Womafreesm is an international nonprofit organization that turns women's lived experiences into evidence, research, legal pathways, institutional standards, and systemic change. It is registered in Florida and recognized as a US 501(c)(3) public charity.

2. Who is behind Womafreesm?

Womafreesm was founded by Marina Sukhomlinova, Founder & President. The system is built to work beyond one person: women from different countries take on specific roles, responsibility and work that can be verified. Governance and the Board of Directors are described on the Team page.

3. Where does Womafreesm stand politically?

Womafreesm is nonpartisan and open to women of different political views. Its framework is Synarchat, a mature model of shared governance in which women and men hold responsibility together for the laws, institutions and decisions a society lives by. The question is who writes the rules, what facts they rest on and whose lives they fail to see.

4. Who is this project for?

For women whose reality the rules leave out, and for everyone who lives by those rules. A system that confines a woman to a gender script confines a man to it as well. Womafreesm builds a system where women's reality is counted and influence is shared.

5. What can you actually change?

We turn women's experience into data. That data becomes arguments, legal action and proposals for change. That is how norms, standards, institutional decisions and laws begin to change.

6. Do I have to pay to participate?

Payment is one door among several. Volunteering, research participation, projects and partnerships are open without a fee. Membership costs $14 per month, or from $125 per month for Impact Circle Membership, and cancels in one click.

7. Can I participate without being public?

Yes. Participation is private by default. Your name, country and role are published only with your separate consent, and you decide whether to be visible and in what way.

8. Where does the money go, and can donors influence the research?

To research, legal work, the team, the website and Womafreesm's infrastructure. From fiscal year 2027, program, administrative and fundraising costs are published as separate lines on the Reports page after each year closes. Methodology, analysis and publications stay independent of funding.
