IRS annual filing

Womafreesm files once a year with the United States Internal Revenue Service, for a fiscal year that ends 31 December. Each annual filing is listed here once the IRS has accepted it.

Annual report

Florida requires every corporation to file an annual report with the Department of State. The annual report of Womafreesm is a separate, voluntary document: a web page with a PDF version about what was built during the year, what changed, how resources were used and what remains unfinished.

The first annual report covers 2026 and is published after that year closes.

Financial reporting

Financial reporting covers how resources were used, with program, administrative and fundraising costs as three separate lines. The disclosure rules are published on the Transparency page.

Status. The three cost lines are published for each fiscal year from 2027, after the year closes.

The financial information filed with the Florida fundraising registration can already be checked in the FDACS Check-A-Charity register.

FAQ

1. Where can I see the Form 990 of Womafreesm?

Womafreesm files with the Internal Revenue Service once a year. The form depends on the size of the organization: Form 990-N for small organizations, Form 990-EZ or Form 990 for larger ones. Each filing appears on this page once the IRS has accepted it, and anyone can look up Womafreesm in the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search by EIN 98-1867647.

2. Does Womafreesm publish an annual report?

Not yet. The first annual report of Womafreesm covers 2026 and is published after that year closes, as a web page with a PDF version: what was built during the year, what changed, how resources were used and what remains unfinished. It is voluntary and separate from the annual report that every Florida corporation files with the Department of State.

3. When will Womafreesm publish its program, administrative and fundraising costs?

The three cost lines are published for each fiscal year from 2027, after the year closes, as part of the full financial figures for that year. The rules of this disclosure are on the Transparency page. Until then, the financial information that Womafreesm filed in Florida with its registration CH85027 is public in Check-A-Charity, the state register of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

4. How can I check that Womafreesm is a registered charity?

Use three public records. In the IRS database of tax-exempt organizations, look up Womafreesm by EIN 98-1867647. The Certificate of Status on the Transparency page can be authenticated on the website of the Florida Division of Corporations with the number printed at the bottom of the certificate. Check-A-Charity, run by FDACS, shows that Womafreesm is registered to solicit contributions in Florida under number CH85027.

5. How do I get a copy of a document that is not on this page?

Write to info@womafreesm.com and name the document you need, with the year it covers if you know it. Under US law, the annual IRS filings of a tax-exempt organization are public documents. Anything already published on this page needs no request at all: the file opens with one click, without a form.
