How does Womafreesm
disclose its money?

When full financial figures for a fiscal year are published, they show program costs, administrative costs and fundraising costs as three separate lines. The fiscal year ends 31 December. The disclosure covers what each line paid for, so that a reader sees the structure of the spending and the reason behind it.

As a 501(c)(3) public charity, Womafreesm makes its annual filing with the United States Internal Revenue Service.

Where a line moves significantly from one fiscal year to the next, Womafreesm publishes four items together with the figures:

The Registry of Results is the public record of what Womafreesm has completed, what is in progress and what is blocked. Each entry carries the same six fields, so that a reader checks a result the same way twice, in different years and in different areas of work.

The Registry replaces a culture of promises with a culture of verifiable results. A statement about work done stands in the Registry with its evidence attached, or it stands nowhere.

The structure of the Registry of Results is published now. The public registry opens together with the first result of the first Womafreesm study, due in December 2026. Entries appear as items reach a recorded state, and each entry keeps its date and its version.

Who sets the methodology and the conclusions in a
women's rights research organization?

A women's rights research organization stays independent when its methodology and its conclusions stay with its research teams, whatever the source of its funding. At Womafreesm, methodology, sample, data collection, analysis, conclusions, publications, legal positions and case decisions are set by the research and legal teams alone.

This rule applies to every relationship the organization has: members, donors, partners, foundations, state bodies, corporations and public figures. Support funds the work. The research teams hold the methodology and the conclusions, and the legal team holds the legal positions and the case decisions.

The rule is published, so each side reads the same wording before the money moves; a funding agreement defines only the work supported and its reporting. A partner receives the results on the same terms as any other reader: through the published output and the Registry of Results.

AI responses are collected in the five countries, recruitment agencies provide data in an agreed aggregated or anonymized format, and the sample structure, the weighting rules and the methodological decision log are published with each release.

The first major international research module of the Womafreesm Evidence Data program is the study "Age-Gender Misclassification of Women Aged 45-64 in AI, Marketing and Hiring: An International Comparative Audit", and it builds the first evidence base for the future Women's Life-Cycle Economy Index. Phase one covers five countries, Germany, Poland, Spain, Ukraine and the United Kingdom, in two analytic groups, 45-54 and 55-64, across marketing, hiring and expert selection, with the first public result due in December 2026. Every published figure from this study carries these boundaries next to it.

What the study measures

The study measures patterns reported and observed in the five countries of phase one, in the two analytic groups, across marketing, hiring and expert selection, for the collection period stated with each release. The unit of the study is the pattern across the sample, together with the conditions under which the pattern was recorded.

What sits outside phase one

Countries beyond the five listed, age groups beyond 45-54 and 55-64, and areas beyond marketing, hiring and expert selection sit outside phase one. Results about them require their own collection, and Womafreesm states that in the publication rather than extending the figure.

The way the sample is built is stated with every release. Womafreesm publishes the weighting rules, the sample structure it holds per country and the methodological decision log alongside the findings, so that a reader can judge the weight of a figure against the way it was collected.

What the data carries

The data carries statements about patterns inside the covered countries, groups, areas and collection period. It carries comparisons between the two analytic groups and between the covered countries, under the sample structure published with the release.

What requires further collection

Global prevalence, causal statements about a named employer or a named product, projections onto age bands and regions outside phase one, and forecasts of future distortion levels require further collection. Where a reader needs one of these, the publication says which data would be needed and what would have to be collected.

How limits reach the reader

Each Evidence Brief, Data Brief and Policy Brief opens with the sample, the collection period, the method and the limits of the release, before the findings. The same limits travel with every figure quoted from the study, so that a figure taken out of the document keeps its conditions.

Identification data and research responses

Identification data is held separately from research responses. Analysis runs on the response layer. A published result carries the aggregate, the sample structure and the conditions, so that the result stands on the data while the person behind a response stays inside the private layer.

How does Womafreesm protect
the data of participants?

Womafreesm collects the minimum personal data needed for the task at hand and applies privacy by design to each form and each process. A participant knows what is collected, why, and how consent is withdrawn, before the first field is filled.

Womafreesm stays nonpartisan. Advocacy runs through research, public education, recommendations and work with institutions, grounded in data, dignity and human rights.
