Creates and holds the mission, the Strategic DNA, the institutional architecture and the strategic direction of Womafreesm. Defines the research architecture, strategic development, positioning, key projects and the decisions that change how the organization is built.

Manages the flow of the Founder’s decisions: their preparation, coordination and follow-up. Holds the full picture of the organization and leads the development of the World Women’s Assembly.

Works with the women, experts and potential participants who come to Womafreesm and decides how and where to include them. Takes part in building new roles, teams, areas of work and organizational infrastructure.

Leads the Board of Directors and is responsible for transparent governance. Oversees the decisions on which the stability of the organization and trust in its work depend. Get in touch about the work of the Board, accountability in governance and respect for the public interest.

Develops Womafreesm in Spain and Spanish-speaking countries: builds the regional network and coordinates Country Directors, partnerships and global initiatives in the region.

Leads the whole executive system of Womafreesm. Turns the Founder’s strategy into priorities, plans, resources, owners and measurable results. Manages the regional network and coordinates the functional leads.

Responsible for the visual language, creative direction, design quality and the integrity of how Womafreesm appears across all channels and projects.

Responsible for the technology architecture, internal digital systems, automation, integrations, digital products and the growth of the technology infrastructure of Womafreesm.

Responsible for the financial architecture of Womafreesm: budgeting, financial planning, control, reporting and transparency in how resources move.

Shapes the grant strategy, finds relevant funding programs and coordinates applications, the grant portfolio, reporting and relations with institutional foundations.

Leads the research department of Womafreesm within its overall research architecture: scientific programs, methodology and the quality of evidence behind its conclusions. PhD in Economics and associate professor. Studies women’s professional fulfilment, economic independence and the impact of social and age stereotypes on their opportunities.

Leads the whole global legal function of Womafreesm: contracts, corporate law, compliance, international legal risks, the legal frameworks of projects and the protection of the organization’s interests.

Builds the global system of strategic partnerships, fundraising and external institutional relations. Develops ties with foundations, philanthropists, companies, donors and international professional networks.

Runs the social media and content processes and brings the research, projects, ideas and results of Womafreesm to digital audiences.

Leads the intellectual and reading program of Womafreesm: builds the reading selections and discussion formats and grows the community around ideas of systemic change.

Develops partnerships with a new generation of authors, researchers and technology specialists. Brings people together around creative and research initiatives, so that their ideas and skills become part of Womafreesm projects. Her work opens ways for young people to shape the culture, knowledge and decisions that will define their future.

Advises Womafreesm on its research and scientific work.

Builds the analytical models and processes that turn research data into verifiable findings, Evidence Briefs and information for institutional decisions.

Leads the work of Womafreesm in the United States, the country where the organization is registered. Builds the American team and partnerships with organizations, foundations and experts, and adapts international projects to the American context. Get in touch about cooperation with American organizations and institutions, the US team and joint projects.

Develops the country presence of Womafreesm in Argentina: builds the local team and partnerships and carries out global projects in the national context, drawing on more than 20 years of work in women’s mental health.

Develops the country presence of Womafreesm in Turkey: builds the local team and partnerships and carries out global projects in the national context, drawing on her experience in public relations and media communications.

Develops the country presence of Womafreesm in the Dominican Republic: builds the local team and partnerships and carries out global projects in the national context, drawing on more than 12 years in film, television and public relations.

Develops the country presence of Womafreesm in Peru: builds the local team and partnerships and carries out global projects in the national context, drawing on her experience in corporate law, compliance and risk management.

Develops the country presence of Womafreesm in Venezuela: builds the local team and partnerships and carries out global projects in the national context, drawing on her work as a lawyer defending women and children and as President of the Amada Mía Foundation for victims of gender-based violence.
