The foundation of all our work: why women's experience must change the rules a society lives by.

Womafreesm treats repeated harm in women's lives as a question for the rules and tests that question with data. The principle of Equal Consideration (the mandatory consideration of the real parameters of human life) sets a requirement for any system, evidence shows where it is breached, and standards, the protection of rights and shared governance by women and men help correct confirmed errors.
Womafreesm begins with a hard truth: women are not broken. The system is. For too long women were told that their pain was weakness, their fatigue a failure, their age a decline, their anger a flaw of character. For too long the world was arranged so that a woman would endlessly correct herself to fit an order that was built neither from her reality nor for her life. Womafreesm arises at the moment a woman stops automatically treating herself as the source of the problem and starts to see where repeated harm is produced by the very architecture of the rules rather than by a shortcoming of her own.
When the same harm repeats in millions of women's lives, its causes become a matter of public responsibility.
The world has too often been designed around an abstract neutral person who in practice turned out to be a man. His rhythm, his kind of workload, his way of being present in work, power, history and public life were taken as the common measure. Everything that did not match this measure was declared a deviation, a weakness, a complication or a personal problem.

So for centuries women's reality was not simply ignored. It was systematically pushed out of the status of a foundation. The female life cycle, the female body, real workloads, risks, forms of vulnerability and the particular features of women's lives too often fell out of calculations, budgets, laws, medicine, the labor market, technology and the public agenda. And then women were offered the same advice again: adapt, smile, be more flexible, be simpler, be more convenient, be younger.
Womafreesm says otherwise: the system has to become more accurate. If women in different countries, generations and settings have to make themselves smaller again and again, stay silent, endure, adjust, and justify their age, ambition, fatigue, motherhood, sensitivity, strength and boundaries, then the problem is not in their character. The problem is in an order that declared men's experience universal and women's private, additional and secondary. The norm has to be rewritten.
A woman's life may include pregnancy, childbirth and recovery, motherhood, career breaks, care for children and aging relatives, and the combining of paid and unpaid work. Yet the world too often treats these loads as something natural and almost invisible. A woman ages, and the world behaves as if her value declines along with her youth. A woman speaks about pain, and instead of changing the causes she is too often asked to learn to endure the consequences better.
This is not a cultural trifle. It is the result of a norm that makes part of women's reality invisible and then requires women to adapt to its consequences. Women's reality also includes knowledge, discovery, entrepreneurship, creativity, leadership and a vision of the future of their own. Through all of this, women create the world themselves.

That is why Womafreesm rejects the very idea that a woman must endlessly remake herself for a world that was built from the start without taking her life into account. Women's reality has to become a standard of accuracy rather than a subject for sympathy.
This is the principle of Equal Consideration: not sameness, not privilege, but the mandatory consideration of the real parameters of women's lives when systems are designed and decisions are made. If a system does not account for a woman's reality, it is not neutral. It is defective.
More about the principleThis task is served by the Women's Life-Cycle Economy Index, a global research program on the cost of systemic blindness to the female life cycle in the economy, medicine, work, law, technology and other institutional systems.
But the philosophy of Womafreesm is wider than research. What for too long remained the personal problem of one woman, Womafreesm turns into a system of change. Women's experience becomes data. Data becomes evidence. The evidence obtained helps determine which rules and decisions need to change. Equal Consideration sets the principle of this work, and the Equal Consideration Standard turns it into verifiable requirements for decisions. This is how personal reality gains the weight to change the way the shared world is built.

For too long humanity has lived inside models in which one group asserted its power by subordinating another. The patriarchal model asserted men's experience as universal and pushed women's reality to the margins. But this problem cannot be solved by simply moving the center of power: one system of domination would only replace another. Womafreesm proposes Synarchat, a new civilizational model of the shared design of the world, based on Equal Consideration and the shared governance of women and men. In this model women and men equally set the agenda, make the rules, distribute resources and answer for the consequences of decisions. Equal participation is expressed in real powers and in the ability to influence how shared life is arranged.
Womafreesm is needed not only by women. It is needed by men too: by those who do not want to live inside a model of strength in which tenderness is too often taken for weakness, feelings must be suppressed, and masculinity is tied to constant toughness, control and the ability to hide pain. A system that confines a woman to a gender script confines a man to it as well. It makes him not freer but more functional and armored, training him for an order in which humanity is too easily sacrificed to control.
More about SynarchatWomafreesm is shaping a model of society in which decisions are made with women's experience, real consequences and the dignity of all in view. This philosophy returns to women their true scale: not a secondary role in someone else's order, but the status of a full subject. For Womafreesm a woman is not a background, not a function and not a silent shadow. A woman is someone whose reality must be taken into account, whose word must carry weight and whose participation must change the way the world is built. A woman is a subject who designs the future.
Womafreesm is shaping the philosophy of a new time and turning it into a working architecture of change.

Womafreesm says: your reality must change the rules by which life is arranged.
Womafreesm says: we are building a system in which your experience gains the force of evidence and becomes a basis for change.
Womafreesm says: taking part in creating the shared world belongs to you by right.
Womafreesm requires the world to be accurate.
We are talking about a future in which decisions about a woman's body, work, age, safety, motherhood, health, money and participation in public life are no longer made without her. A future in which women's experience stops being a statistical shadow and becomes a basis for norms, protocols, budgets, research, laws and international decisions. A future in which a girl grows up not with the thought "I must not get in the way" but with the understanding: my life is counted in the way the world is built. This is a philosophy of a mature transition.

We have come not for approval but for the future. Not for a compliment to women and not for an additional place inside the existing order. We are creating an architecture in which women take an equal part in designing the decisions themselves. Because a civilization built without taking women into account will always remain unfinished.
Join WomafreesmIt is the starting position. When different women keep running into the same obstacle, the question goes to the rules they live by. Womafreesm tests that question with data and evidence and works to change the rules where the error is confirmed.
Repeated harm becomes a reason for research. A rule is checked twice: what it promises on paper and what women actually receive under it, and the result is compared with an international benchmark, for example at least 14 weeks of maternity leave under ILO Convention 183. Womafreesm is building the WLCE Index and the Equal Consideration Standard on this logic.
Equality is often understood as one and the same rule for everyone. Equal Consideration requires a rule to account for the real lives of the people it affects: their bodies, their age, their care for others, their professional transitions. A rule that is identical for all can still leave a woman out of the calculation, and Equal Consideration checks whether her life was counted.
