Womafreesm is an international nonprofit organization that turns women's lived experiences into evidence, research, legal pathways, institutional standards, and systemic change. It was founded by Marina Sukhomlinova, Founder & President, and works online and internationally, with a team distributed across countries. The legal entity is THE WORLD ORGANIZATION OF WOMEN NATIONS WOMAFREESM INC., a Florida Not For Profit Corporation with 501(c)(3) public charity status.

Womafreesm Evidence Data

The Womafreesm Evidence Data program turns women's experience from personal stories into evidence-based data. Its first major international research module is the study "Age-Gender Misclassification of Women Aged 45-64 in AI, Marketing and Hiring: An International Comparative Audit", and that audit builds the first evidence base for the flagship product of Womafreesm, the Women's Life-Cycle Economy Index.

Women's Life-Cycle Economy Index (WLCE Index)

The first global index of institutional consideration of the female life cycle. 2026: the architecture year, methodology development and pilot preparation. The program is designed for 2,000,000 quality-checked questionnaires from women aged 18 and over, across 120 countries and territories, in 60 languages, over five years.

Age-Gender Misclassification of Women Aged 45-64 in AI, Marketing and Hiring: An International Comparative Audit

Phase one covers five countries, Germany, Poland, Spain, Ukraine and the United Kingdom, in two analytic groups, 45-54 and 55-64. Two pilots are complete, and data collection from recruitment agencies is now under way. The first public report is planned for December 2026. Its scope will reflect the modules completed and validated by that stage. The Pilot P0 report is an open preprint on Zenodo, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22997364. Its corpus holds 960 responses from ChatGPT and Gemini, collected between 16 May and 16 June 2026 in five countries and five languages.

Equal Consideration Standard

The Equal Consideration Standard is the practical standard of Womafreesm for designing and auditing decisions that affect women's lives. It rests on the principle of Equal Consideration and is in development.

Womafreesm Women's Protection Pathway

The Womafreesm Women's Protection Pathway is being built as one safe entry into help, wherever a woman is. The help finder already shows help services that work today, chosen by situation and country.

Legal Rapid Response

Legal Rapid Response is the legal work of Womafreesm on systemic errors. When the cases of many women show the same error in a rule, a procedure or a law, Womafreesm lawyers prepare petitions and legal documents so that the rule itself changes.

Womafreesm World Women's Assembly

The Womafreesm World Women's Assembly is an international alliance of women, women's organizations, experts, lawyers, researchers and institutions that help each other seek changes in the laws, standards and decisions that shape women's lives.

The Human Dignity Covenant

The Human Dignity Covenant is a new civilizational agreement: people and organizations sign the Declaration of the Co-Authors of the World and carry its principles into their decisions.

Equal Consideration

Equal Consideration is the mandatory consideration of the real parameters of human life when a system is designed and a decision is made. Author of the concept: Marina Sukhomlinova.

Synarchat

Synarchat is a mature model of shared governance in which women and men hold responsibility together for the laws, institutions and decisions a society lives by, keeping their differences and carrying equal weight in how decisions are made. The concept and the term were created by Marina Sukhomlinova.

Beyond Comparison

An international cultural, documentary and research project about a woman's right to age with dignity. The material is being collected for a book, exhibitions and a documentary series.

FreeWoman

FreeWoman is the satirical animated media project of Womafreesm that makes hidden cultural norms visible. The first series is in preparation.

Womafreesm Reading Order

An international intellectual space where a woman can examine ideas about power, freedom, love, the body, family, money and dignity, compare them and form her own position. The first season is being formed.

Free access to menstrual products

Marina Sukhomlinova's petition to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine asks for free access to menstrual hygiene products as a mandatory sanitary standard in public institutions. Womafreesm raises the same question in other countries.
