Partnership that turns a resource
into a systemic result

A woman working at a window

Systemic problems are rarely solved by one organization alone. One holds local cases and the trust of women. Another holds data and research expertise. A third holds legal capacity, technology, funding, access to an audience, media reach or institutional weight.

Womafreesm connects those resources into one architecture, where local experience can become evidence, evidence can become a decision, and a decision can become a new standard, practice or rule.

We work with NGOs, universities, foundations, companies, legal and technology teams, media, cultural institutions, and government and international organizations.

Partnership starts with a specific task

This means:

  • Womafreesm builds partnerships around work that can be defined and a result that can be verified.
  • Every collaboration has a clear purpose, the contribution of each side, the boundaries of responsibility, the rules for data and publicity, and a specific next step.
  • A partner keeps its mission, its independence and its right to define its own position.

What matters to us is a real contribution, not the number of logos on a page.

The Future of Women's Impact Measurement

A woman reading at a window

Available now:

An assessment of your own systems using the methodology of the audit of women 45-64: how marketing, recruitment and AI systems in your organization describe and evaluate women across the life cycle. Scope and cost are defined after the task is set.

In development:

Equal Consideration Diagnostic, Life-Cycle Impact Assessment, institutional scorecard and implementation roadmap are built on the Equal Consideration Standard, which is being developed and finalized by 2031. Companies that want to enter the pilot programme can register their interest now.

What a partner receives

Participation & Contribution

The format depends on the project, but the principle is one: a partner enters real work, not a decorative list of supporters.

What partnership doesn't buy

A woman reading at a window

Funding, the size of an organization or the weight of its name do not give the right to influence the methodology, the sample, the analysis, the findings or the legal position of Womafreesm.

Partnership also does not open access to personal data of women or to sensitive cases, does not give the right to withhold inconvenient results, and does not automatically give the right to speak on behalf of Womafreesm.

We protect the independence of the result precisely because partnership should create trust rather than buy it.

How a partnership
begins

You send a short application

Who you are, which country you work in, which direction interests you and what you can bring.

We find the point of overlap

The team reviews the proposal and, where there is a working overlap, offers a short conversation.

We define the specific work

The task, the contribution of each side, the expected result, access to data, responsibility and the rules of publicity.

We formalize the collaboration

Depending on the format this can be a memorandum, a project agreement, a funding agreement or another suitable document.

We start the work and record the result

Here’s what
people are asking

1. Is this just another women’s organization?

No. Womafreesm is not a club or a campaign. It is infrastructure for turning women’s reality into facts, rules, and action.

2. Are you feminists?

We work for equal consideration in systems, institutions, and public decisions. The work is practical, evidence-based, and focused on changing rules.

3. Is this a project against men?

No. The project is against rules that ignore women’s reality and make decisions incomplete for everyone.

4. What can you actually change?

No.
Womafreesm was not created to help women survive inside old rules.
We work with the root cause.
We change the rules themselves.

5. Why should people trust you?

Because the work is built on transparent methodology, clear roles, privacy by default, and verifiable public logic.

6. Where does the money go?

To research, infrastructure, translation, coordination, legal work, tools, and the operational systems needed to make participation accountable.

7. Do I have to pay to participate?

No. There are different forms of participation, including research, volunteering, partnerships, membership, and donations.

8. Does a donation make me a member?

No. Donation and membership are separate forms of participation with different rights, responsibilities, and governance roles.

9. Can donors or partners influence the results of the research?

No. Research logic, methodology, and conclusions must remain independent and transparent.

10. Who is behind this?

Womafreesm is being built by an international network of women, researchers, lawyers, partners, and local teams.

11. Can I participate without being public?

Yes. Public visibility is not required and is possible only with voluntary consent.

12. What will I get right after joining?

You will receive the relevant onboarding path for your form of participation and the next practical steps.

13. Why does this matter not only for women?

Because systems that ignore half of reality make weaker decisions for everyone. Better rules create better institutions.
